The full story
The challenge
My first international client was a technology and finance entrepreneur based in Texas. He wanted to write about leadership in the age of artificial intelligence, and specifically why effective leaders cannot outsource judgment to machines.
When we first spoke, he already had several drafts generated with AI. The information was accurate. The writing wasn’t. It lacked personal experience, original thinking and the perspective readers expect from someone leading businesses in a rapidly changing world. His concern wasn’t producing more content. It was producing something worth putting his name on.
How we worked
We made the decision to start over. Instead of editing AI-generated text, we rebuilt the manuscript from first principles through interviews, original research and honest conversations about his work in finance and technology.
Because his audience spanned Western and Indian business communities, every chapter carried a global perspective while preserving his own voice. I managed the complete writing process, manuscript development and editorial coordination from beginning to end.
The outcome
The manuscript was completed in three months and gave him something more valuable than a book: a platform. As his business grew, it became a credibility asset, sharing his philosophy, expertise and leadership before clients ever scheduled a call.
