What this site collects.
Almost nothing. Here is the whole of it, in plain words.
This site sets no cookies. Not one. That is why you were never asked to accept any. There is nothing to accept.

What I count
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It runs in a mode that stores nothing on your device.
That means I can see the pages that were opened, roughly which country or city the visit came from, and what kind of device and browser was used. I cannot see who you are. If you come back next week, you look like a new person to me.

If you give me your email
One page on this site asks for your email address: the free memoir guide. I use it to send you that guide.
I do not sell it. I do not share it with anyone. I do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no sequence of follow-up emails. Your address is stored with the service I use to send the guide, and nowhere else.
If you want it gone, email me and I will delete it the same day.

What I hold about clients
This is the part people actually want to know. Every project I take on is covered by an NDA signed before any work starts. Recordings, transcripts, drafts and notes stay with me and go nowhere else.
No client name, company name or book title appears on this site, and none ever will without written permission. That is the job.
