The challenge
A client believed modern AI makes more sense through the lens of ancient Indian philosophy. The research was deep and the ideas were genuinely good.
The problem was reach. Written as an academic paper, most readers would stop by chapter three. He didn’t need to prove the ideas. He needed people to keep reading.
How we worked
I spent weeks in his research and his thinking. The problem wasn’t the ideas. It was the form. So I suggested telling it as a story.
A made-up character asks what readers would ask, so theory becomes conversation. Every chapter stayed true to his thinking, and became far easier to read.
The outcome
The finished book blends fiction and non-fiction and reaches a much wider audience. He later asked me to co-author the sequel, which I declined.
